The EU

Google says the EU requires a notice of cookie use (by Google) and says they have posted a notice. I don't see it. If cookies bother you, go elsewhere. If the EU bothers you, emigrate. If you live outside the EU, don't go there.

The Coup of 2018, Envisioned

For John, BLUFIt is fiction, but I bet it is fiction that some Democrats, and a few Republicans, fantasize about.  Nothing to see here; just move along.

There is a Part 2.

The author is Mr Kurt Schlichter in Town Hall, on 31 July (and 1 August) 2017.

Coup stories pop up once in a while.  There is this one by Law Professor Charlie Dunlap and this paper by Law Professor Glenn Harlan Reynolds.  I wrote one for the fiction writing course I took at UMsss Lowell, in the Fall of 2016, but was advised to suppress it, since I used real names.

The "bottom line" is at the end of Part II.  Hint:  Win, lose or draw, it is bad for the Republic.

Hat tip to the InstaPundit.

Regards  —  Cliff
