From the Blog Above the Law we have a report about a woman taking the Bar Examination and being approached by the procter mid-exam about the fact that she was wearing a hijab, a scarf meant to cover the head and chest.♠ The woman was wearing it for religious reasons, and had permission of the State Bar Association to wear it during the exam.
