The EU

Google says the EU requires a notice of cookie use (by Google) and says they have posted a notice. I don't see it. If cookies bother you, go elsewhere. If the EU bothers you, emigrate. If you live outside the EU, don't go there.

Key Board Modification

My iPad has a wonderful collection of additional keys imbedded in the keyboard on the screen.  Just hold the key down a little longer than normal and you get all sorts of options, including all those letters with diacritical marks.  Some of them give you the inverted question mark and exclamation point that some languages use as a warning sign.  Some bring forward to the main keyboard some of the marks from the other two keyboards hidden and retrieved by hitting a special key.

The shift key will provide all caps if one "double" taps it. Very convenient.

What I have not yet found and would like to see is a function that allows the keyboard to give you "title caps".  That is to say, hit the function and the words that follow all have a capital first letter.  Maybe it would be even better if it recognized that words like "the" didn't need to be capitalized, but I could live with the other outcome.

To encourage creative engineering, I hereby renounce all rights to this idea.  Just tell me how to make it happen.
