The EU
Google says the EU requires a notice of cookie use (by Google) and says they have posted a notice. I don't see it. If cookies bother you, go elsewhere. If the EU bothers you, emigrate. If you live outside the EU, don't go there.
I remember a chap in at Bitburg AB, in the late 1960s, who used to complain that they told him if he voted for Barry Goldwater there would be war, and he did, and there was.
Sooooooooooooooo....the defining message is....."don't vote for a Hawk and a conservative, it will cause war." But wait, how do we explain that WWII, Korea, VietNam, and the roots of Afghanistan have all been initiated on the watches of Democrats?? Yeah...I know....Bush caused it. BTW....Iraq was the only "war" that was initiated under a Rep in the past...oh...century.
Those who beat their swords into plowshares will plow the fields for those who don't.
