The EU

Google says the EU requires a notice of cookie use (by Google) and says they have posted a notice. I don't see it. If cookies bother you, go elsewhere. If the EU bothers you, emigrate. If you live outside the EU, don't go there.

Outback Question of the Week

OK, so I am late, I admit it.

The question though is here.  Which Cabinet Secretary in the new Administration called Americans "cowards" this week?

For bonus points, what was he referring to?

And, for the Nobel Prize, was he correct or was he wrong?
